HOTREC webinar on bio-waste collection

Jointly with the International Food Waste Coalition, HOTREC hosted on 16 February 2023 a webinar on bio-waste collection. With over 200 registered participants, the topic proved to be a source of concern for HORECA operators. By January 2024, all restaurants and hotels in the EU will have to separate their bio- waste for collection. Bio-waste means kitchen and garden waste.
